I mean, of course, he is portrayed in a very bad way, but he was best friends with James, Sirius and Remus. So he must have been at least a somewhat nice guy when he was younger, even if he wasn’t as talented or whatever as the others.</p> <p>In my opinion, Peter is just to weak and driven by his fears. That doesn’t make him a bad or evil person, it just makes him human, even if he does many bad things that deserve to be punished.</p> <p>I can totally understand that there are people who just aren’t able to die for other people, who fear death or evil forces to much to stand up against them.
